Viewing Orders

Navigate to the Orders section from the dashboard. You'll see two tabs:

• Placed Orders: Orders you've placed with suppliers (if you're also a retailer)
• Received Orders: Orders you've received from your customers (as a wholesaler)

As a sales user (wholesaler), you'll primarily work with Received Orders. Each order in the list displays order number, customer/store name, order status, total amount, balance, order date, delivery date/time, and shipping progress.
