Quotation Status

Quotations can have different statuses:

• New/Pending: Recently created, awaiting customer response
• Accepted: Customer has accepted the quotation

When a quotation is accepted, you can convert it directly to an order. Check quotation status regularly and follow up with customers on pending quotations to maintain sales momentum.
